apparently when you start blogging again, blog-worthy stuff starts happening! who knew it was a cause and effect thing?

case in point - look what the mailman left on my front step today:

a gorgeous pink box!

the label on it says “Liz Lovely,” and i didn’t know what that meant until i took a peek inside and saw:

a big assortment of vegan cookies!!!

as it turns out, liz lovely is a bakery making yummy things while trying to make as little impact on the planet as possible. and they do it from vermont. what could be more perfect?

thank you so much, christina and pat. now i can’t wait for dinner to be finished tonight so i can dig into dessert!

I use to live across the street from a vegan pizza parlor and the guys wife made the BEST vegan desserts…so much I recently saw her featured on the food network!!
